Privacy and confidentiality
All personal information given to us by you will be regarded as strictly confidential. Your details will be used only for purposes directly related to fulfilment of your order, and will never be passed on or sold to any third party. We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Credit Card Security
Any credit card numbers entered online are handled by our payment processor, PayPal. Your credit card number will not be passed to our site and will not held in clear text on any website.

Accuracy
Great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all information presented on this site. However, Eve Today is not responsible for consequential loss resulting from any errors.

Complaints
If you are not happy with the service we provide, please contact us in the first instance to discuss the problem. If we cannot come to a mutually acceptable solution, any money paid will be refunded.

Refunds
If you are not happy with your goods and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.

Loss or damage
We try to ensure that goods reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control once we have posted the goods.

Prices and Payment
Prices for items are quoted on the site. Prices may be changed at any time if necessary, but changes will not affect agreements which have come into force.

Jurisdiction
Eve Todayis situated in the United Kingdom, and contracts are entered into in accordance with UK law. Any claims arising will be dealt with under the United Kingdom legal system.
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted.
